Judge Saqr files complaints against 18 Palestinian fugitives

State Commissioner to the military court Judge Saqr Saqr raised a complaint on Friday against a detained Palestinian national identified as Wissam Ahmad Naim along with 17 other Palestinian fugitives including Toufic Tah who was found to have ties with the al-Qaeda affiliated al-Nusra Front on charges of forming an armed organization, performing acts of terrorism, kidnapping people and terrorizing them by force of arms.

Saqr noted that the said complaint was raised in accordance with articles 335, 5, and 6 of the penal law of 11/01/1958 that stipulates the death penalty.

Judge Saqr then referred the file to the first military magistrate for further study.
