MP Ghanem to LBCI: We have yet to receive electoral draft law from Parliament’s Secretariat

Deputy Robert Ghanem said Wednesday that MPs will convene on a weekly basis in a bid to draft a new electoral law, "since the Lebanese people have the right to vote and choose their representatives."

MP Ghanem told LBCI’s Nharkom Said prior to the Administrative and Justice Committee’s meeting that he did not yet receive any draft law from the Parliament’s Secretariat, adding that the said committee will convene weekly and will later on intensify its meetings if positive developments were made.
