Fire scorches sawmill in Beirut’s Ard Jalloul

A fire scorched a sawmill belonging Lebanese nationals identified as Rabih and Mustafa al-Dalati in Beirut’s Ard Jalloul facing Rafik Hariri Institute at dawn on Sunday.

Due to highly inflammable materials, the blaze spread to a nearby shop owned by Noureddine al-Stouhy and a car that was parked in front of the mill.

Beirut Fire Brigade Unit rushed in with 5 fire trucks cordoning and containing the flames.

The causes of the fire are yet to be determined.
