Ali: Arabs should look at things as they are

Mufti of the Republic Sheikh Mohammad Rashid Qabbani met with Syrian Embassy to Lebanon Ali Abdul Karim Ali to discuss the overall situation on Wednesday. Ali said that he heard the mufti’s interpretation of the regional events.

“Mufti Qabbani underscored the importance of dialogue and rejected all aspects of strife”, Ali said.

“I hope that Arabs look at things as they are and will call a spade a spade”, Ali stressed, adding that Syria is in good shape since it is introducing reforms and working on a dialogue that will lead to further understanding.
