Sheikh Salem al-Rafei revealed that the director of his bureau Jalal Kalash was arrested because of his support for the Syrian revolution, stressing that he will not abandon the Syrian rebels.
Al-Rafei noted that the residents of Tripoli have tasked the Lebanese state with revealing those involved in the twin blasts that targeted two of the city’s mosques in August 2013, hoping that the accused will be arrested as soon as possible.
On Friday the 23rd of August, two explosions rocked the northern Lebanese city of Tripoli near the al-Taqwa and al-Salam mosques, leaving 45 killed and almost 500 others injured.
