Hariri says will seek to pass law to protect women from domestic violence
Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri declared Monday that he will seek to pass the draft law concerning the protection of women from domestic violence, which was included in the agenda of the legislative session, stressing that passing this law will come as a civilized leap in Lebanon’s history.

In this context, Hariri hoped that all the legal and legislative procedures in order to grant the Lebanese women all their rights, including the right to give their nationality to their children and spouse will be implemented.
