Higher Committee for Elementary Contract Teachers calls for sit-in on April 22

The Higher Committee for Elementary Contract Teachers urged on Friday contract teachers to hold a sit-in on Tuesday April 22 at 11 am outside the Education Ministry.

"This movement will be followed by a series of escalatory measures which may evolve into an open-ended strike if the 'policy of disregard and negligence' persists," the committee said in a statement.
