STL Trial Chamber to hold Pre-Trial session on June 16

The Trial Chamber of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon will hold a Pre-Trial Conference in the Ayyash et al. case on Monday 16 June 2014.

The hearing, which will precede the resumption of trial on 18 June, will cover the schedule for the resumption of the trial, the presence of victims in the courtroom, witnesses testifying by video-conference link, expert witnesses, and custody and preservation of exhibits.

The hearing, which will be public, will begin at 11.30 AM (Central European Time) and can be followed on the STL website with a 30-minute delay in Arabic, English and French.

The Trial Chamber may decide to go into closed session if confidential matters need to be discussed.
