Telecom Ministry develops new Email address to receive citizens' complaints

Lebanon's Telecommunications Ministry issued a statement on Monday whereby it announced that a new Email address was developed to receive citizens' complaints, demands and suggestions.

This comes within the framework of improving the relation between the general administration and the Lebanese people as well as developing communication techniques, the statement said.

The statement added that the ministry wants to improve the quality of its performance, stressing the need to move into the "E-Government".

The Email address is talab@mpt.gov.lb
