Cabinet session kicks off at Grand Serail

A cabinet session is underway at the Grand Serail under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Tammam Salam.

Government sources told LBCI that the cabinet unanimously agreed on holding serious negotiations to release the kidnapped troops in the border town of Arsal.

An-Nahar daily reported that the cabinet session will tackle the security events that took place in the towns of Arsal, Brital and the Shebaa farms, as well as the case of the kidnapped Lebanese troops.
