Following the bloc’s weekly meeting at his residence in Rabieh, MP Aoun reiterated his rejection to any form of foreign intervention in the country's internal affairs, pointing out that equal power-sharing in parliament and partnership at constitutional institutions are virtually non existent.
“The main articles of the Taef Accord are not being implemented,” MP Aoun said.
He also noted that the situation in the country is critical, stressing that the Taef Accord will not remain in place if its stipulations are not being respected.
