Hezbollah’s Nasrallah urges his supporters to refrain from shooting celebratory gunfire

The Secretary General of Hezbollah Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah called on his supporters to refrain from shooting celebratory gunfire on the occasion of his speech scheduled for Monday the 16th of February.

Following Sayyed Nasrallah’s latest speech (January 30), Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi called on the state prosecutor to pursue dozens of Hezbollah supporters who fired celebratory gunfire into the air.

Rifi called on State Prosecutor Samir Hammoud to "carry out investigations to determine the identity of the shooters.”

On Saturday (February 14,), Minister Rifi also asked Lebanon’s judiciary to find those responsible for the intense gunfire that accompanied Future Movement leader Saad Hariri’s speech in Beirut.
