Laura al-Khalil was denied admission to Hotel Dieu, after the hospital refused to perform a surgery at the expense of the Health Ministry.
Laura said that, after she was in an accident, she needed treatments and several surgeries, which she underwent in one of the hospital in Lebanon, but she did not recover completely; this is why she went to Hotel Dieu.
