Two people killed in a car accident in Baalbek
The state-run national News Agency reported on Saturday that two people were killed in a traffic accident in the region of Baalbek.
 
The agency added that the accident took place when silver Hyundai Picanto collided with a light post on the Baalbek –Hermel main road.
 
The victims were identified as Ali Hassan Masra and his grandson Jawad.
 
Jawad's mother was critically injured and has been transferred to the Dar al-Amal Hospital.
 
Three other people were also injured in the accident.
 
They were identified as Hassan and Mohammed Masra and Sajida al-Mohsen.
 
They were transferred to the Hermel government hospital.
