Future Bloc MP Khoder Habib stated on Wednesday that Iran's interference is yielding negative repercussions on the Arab region at the communal and sectarian levels.
MP Habib told LBCI’s Nharkom Said that the adherence of the March 14 forces to the entity of the Lebanese state and the military institution hindered a plan aimed at transforming Lebanon into an Iranian emirate ruled by the Iranian regime [Hezbollah].
Regarding dialogue between the Future Movement and Hezbollah, MP Habib clarified that these sessions eased Shiite-Sunni tension among Lebanese citizens, stressing that officials will proceed with these talks until they resolve the presidential deadlock.
