The referendum on the Syrian constitution is over; what comes next?           

57% of voters participated in the referendum, 89% of those approved the new constitution. What will this development add to the course of Syrian events?           

The due date is actually elsewhere; in light of the Russian commitment to the current regime, Washington started asking some serious questions about the post-regime phase. In fact, Reuters cited U.S. officials as predicting that the Syrian government will eventually fall. But the question regarding who will rule Syria has become more urgent…          

In Lebanon, order is back as cabinet sessions resumed, and the billions file was opened today in Ain al-Tineh in preparation for the general parliamentary session on March 5th.            
Before going into details, we have to mention a positive Lebanese sporting development as the Lebanese Football Association approved the amendments requested by the international federation, FIFA, eliminating any confusion regarding Wednesday’s game.
