Judge Saqr presses charges against four persons for belonging to ISIS

Military Prosecutor Judge Saqr Saqr pressed charges on Tuesday against four people, including arrestees Jihad al-Ghazi and Tareq al-Obeid, for belonging to ISIS, according to the state-run National News Agency.

The four persons are accused of carrying out terrorist acts, preparing for suicide bombings in Beirut and Tripoli, and working on establishing an emirate for ISIS in Wadi Khaled region.
