Public driver strike on September 15th

The road transport sector trade unions confirmed Monday their commitment to a strike and demonstration for not having their demands met by the government, particularly to subsidize fuel for public drivers, a decision approved by the former Cabinet and the president. The Trade Union also called for including the road transport plan to the cabinet’s agenda.

Head of the Trade Union Philippe Saker confirmed to all public drivers that the demonstration on September 15 will mark the first day of strikes.
