Is it an intelligence game that defied all the Intelligence and powers of the region? Or did Syria become like Lebanon during the war?         

On the sixth day of mysterious kidnapping of the Lebanese pilgrims in Aleppo, the situation is becoming more and more enigmatic. Misleading information and reliable information are racing, when it is very difficult to distinguish misleading ones from the reliable ones.             

The area of confusion is expanding, from Aleppo to the Turkish- Syrian borders accessing the Southern Suburb of Beirut, and the result is: zero information and tons of confusion.             

First it was reported that the kidnapped arrived to Turkey, then it has been corrected that they were still in the hands of the kidnappers.      

Second, it was reported that some of the kidnapped pilgrims are leaders in Hezbollah. Later, this information was denied. The General in the Free Syrian Army Hussameddine al-Awak told LBCI that, among the kidnapped, there are 5 members of Hezbollah. Few moments later, the brother of the kidnapped Hassan Hammoud denied this information, and a source from Hezbollah denied what has been said that a relative of Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah is among the kidnapped.            

It is the biggest mystery: the families of the kidnapped are waiting in Dahiyeh, media is waiting in Turkey, while sources revealed to LBCI that the kidnapped are in Syria, 3 kilometers away from the Turkish borders and that a meeting is ongoing between the abductors and Turkish Intelligence that may be concluded with new developments in the case.         

Meanwhile, Houla massacre stole the attention from other cases as the case of the Lebanese kidnapped. The exchange of accusations concerning Houla massacre, between the Syrian government and the opposition did not stop.             

From New York, UN Security Council will be drafting a statement regarding the situation in Syria while Russia is opposing this step.
