Coordination between Lebanese ministries to combat sexual harassment

A meeting was held at the ministry of Social Affairs on Monday to announce a new strategy to be applied between ministries to coordinate on how to create further awareness on sexual harassment.

The ministry said that competent professionals are to be distributed throughout Lebanese schools to report any cases of sexual violations. A hot line will also be made available in those regards.

The participants of the meeting confirmed that the Aintourah case is now in the firm hands of judiciary.
