Douaihy to LBCI: The onus on judiciary to settle Lassa issue

Maronite League President Joseph Tarabay delegated Talal Douaihy, a member of the league's executive council, said on Tuesday that Lassa residents refuse to endorse the draft law related to the disputed land in Lassa.

Douaihy told Nharkom Said TV Show that the issue could be only settled through the judiciary "which has not yet decided on the case".

In turn, Father Shamoun Aoun said the town’s mayor, Issam Miqdad, is responsible for violations allegedly ongoing on Lot 42.
