Security forces contain riot at Baabda Justice Palace
Security forces managed to contain the riot that erupted on Wednesday at Baabda's Justice Palace and took the detainees who caused the riot in the Palace's courtroom back to Roumieh Prison.
Around 14 detainees from Roumieh Prison engaged in riot at Palace earlier on Wednesday as they broke the windows of the courtroom.

The detainees were being tried for felony crimes when a verbal bout erupted between them and the judge.

The detainees armed with sticks and sharp tools cut themselves and prevented people from entering the courtroom, asking to meet someone from the Public Prosecution Department.

According to unconfirmed information, two detainees managed to flee the palace.
