2 days before Koura by-election, social networks turn into battle field
Photos of the candidates for Koura’s by-election are spread across the streets of Koura while their party slogans were shyly spread across the district.

In this context, social networks served as a battle field between rival supporters.

While the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP) seeks to turn Koura into an example of a “secular state”, the supporters of the Lebanese Forces want the “nationalists” away from Koura, maintaining that the district should be ruled by Lebanese and not “strangers”.
