One killed, one injured in Burj al-Barajneh clash

The Army Command announced on Friday that a clash erupted between a number of people in Burj al-Barajneh- al-Raml al-Ali on Friday afternoon over family-related disputes.

The clash turned into an exchange of fire involving light war weaponry and led to the killing of one citizen and the inuring of another one.

The LAF intervened immediately and cordoned off the crime scene. The army also raided the shooters’ residences.

The Command confirmed that the situation returned to normal as the LAF is chasing after the perpetrators to bring them to justice.
