Hariri inaugurates new measures at Beirut airport
Prime Minister Saad Hariri inaugurated on Tuesday the second phase of the expansion works at the Beirut International Airport.

“The works are to facilitate the procedures for passengers,” he stressed.

He also said that the Lebanese people will witness the government’s hard work in the few coming days.

“I am not the one who sets the US sanctions and Washington is very clear in its approach in this regard,” Hariri said to reporters at the airport after arriving to Beirut coming from the US.

“The relations with the US administration are very good and we are closely following up on it,” he added.

As for the country’s garbage crisis, Hariri said that “the Muslim is not willing to receive the garbage of the Christians and vice versa.”
