Tensions rise in Ain el-Helwe Camp following an attack on Fatah Commander’s Bodyguard

Tensions run high in South Lebanon’s Ain el-Helwe Palestinian Refugee Camp after an attack targeted one of the bodyguards of PLO Commander Mounir Maqdah.

In the details, unknown assailants shot the bodyguard, Mouin Jaber on Tuesday, wounding him in his leg.

Phone calls are now underway between the security committee of the camp and security bodies in order to handover the perpetrators of the crime.
