Introduction to the evening news 22-09-2012

The Free Syrian Army took a connotative step by moving its leadership from Turkey to Syria.                 

Colonel Riad Assaad announced this step and said: "after success in securing arrangements, we announce to the Syrian people that the army command is now in the liberated Syrian areas."                       

This important development, at least morally, came at the time when Syrian opposition mentioned today they had shot down a military plane over one of the towns in the province of Idlib.                    

As for the Lebanese developments associated with the Syrian file, the LAF clashed with the FSA in the mountainous area of Arsal and mentioned that it will not allow any party to use the Lebanese territory in order to implicate Lebanon in neighboring countries' events.                            

Regarding the Ghbayreh incident, the LAF were able to arrest Hassan Karaki known as "Antar Karaki" who clashed with a patrol and injured a number of its members including 2 officers.                     

In the case of MP Michel Samaha, Judge Riad ABou Ghida interrogates next week some of the persons involved in the case, before forwarding the file again to Judge Saqr Saqr.
