Nahr al-Bared case referred to the Judicial Council
Acting General Prosecutor Judge Samir Hammoud referred the Nahr al-Bared case's file to the Judicial Council and annexed a complaint against approximately 370 involved persons accused of committing felonies and misdemeanors.

The complaint was filed following an indictment issued by the judicial magistrate overseeing the case.

The Judicial Council presented a list of 45 witnesses.

In this regard, Judge Hammound will be holding a meeting next Friday at 10 am in his bureau at the Justice Palace.

The meeting was called for by the public prosecutors and judicial magistrates across Lebanon to discuss current judiciary matters.
