Man commits suicide in Hamra [PHOTOS]

A man, 61, shot himself in front of a café in Hamra, Beirut on Friday morning.

The man left a copy of his clean judicial record on his chest, demonstrating his innocence, with a note saying:  “I am not a heretic. But hunger is heresy.”

Security forces arrived on the scene and cordoned the area and investigations are ongoing.
