Arslan: strife will not take place in the Jabal

Head of the Lebanese Democratic Party MP Talal Arslan said on Monday that the current situation does not affect the Druze and stressed that "strife will no pass through the Jabal."

While visiting towns and villages in the regions of Aley and Metn, Arslan said: "we will not allow any clashes to take place in al-Jabal."

"Citizens there are united and they agree on political diversity, and we remain keen on not allowing any discord from occuring in al-Jabal or its surrounding towns", he concluded.
