Sleiman: Prison break intolerable

President Michel Sleiman expressed on Saturday his deep displease towards recent escape of inmates from Roumieh Penitentiary, stating that such events are unacceptable.

Sleiman asked the Director General of ISF, General Ashraf Rifi to take all measures necessary to uncover the whereabouts of the escaped criminals and to hold prison officials responsible for their shortcomings.

MP Bahiya Hariri also met with Sleiman today and discussed current political affairs.
