Lebanon welcomes Omani Foreign Ministry’s statement

The Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed on Sunday the statement issued by the Omani Foreign Ministry, in which it expressed its deep regret over the worsening relations between Lebanon and a number of Arab countries.

The Ministry also called on everyone to work on avoiding escalation and to address differences through dialogue and understanding in a way that preserves the brotherly countries’ supreme interest in security and stability.

It confirmed then Lebanon’s keenness to maintain best relations with Arab and Gulf countries.
