Minister of Education announces second decision regarding schools and universities

Minister of Education Abbas al-Halabi announced on Wednesday that all public, private and technical schools, as well as all public educational institutions and universities will be closed on Thursday, after he received calls from security authorities warning him of potential road closures and protests tomorrow.
