President Michel Aoun met on Friday with Caretaker Education Minister Abbas Halabi, whereby they discussed educational affairs as well as the conditions of the Lebanese University.

For his part, the Minister underlined the necessity to create the appropriate atmosphere for the start of the upcoming academic year, refusing to let any student bear the cost of the strike of the Education Ministry employees.
