Pharaon to LBCI: We support the Orthodox gathering electoral draft

Future Movement MP Michel Pharaon expressed his support for the Orthodox Gathering draft electoral law "as part of a compound project whereby qualifications at the first stage are based on a sectarian standard and elections are based on the law of proportionality."

Pharaon said to LBCI during Nharkom Said that the concept of sectarian qualification is important in regions where minorities are present and added that the law that best serves the Lebanese is that of the smaller districts.
