Major General Ibrahim to head to Qatar

General Security Major General Abbas Ibrahim will be heading to Qatar on Tuesday where he is expected to hold a meeting with a senior officer assigned by the Qatari leadership to follow up on the case of the Lebanese detainees in Syria's Aazaz.

Eleven Lebanese pilgrims were kidnapped on their way back from Iran by insurgents hoping to use them for a prisoner swap on the 20th of May. Only two have so far been released.
