March 14: Syrian violations require Sleiman’s intervention

Following its weekly meeting, March 14’s General Secretariat warned on Wednesday of the dangers looming on both the security and the economy in the country.

The secretariat also considered that the daily Syrian violations of the Lebanese territories require the intervention of President Michel Sleiman, urging the latter to issue a sovereign decision that stipulates the deployment of the Lebanese army on all Lebanese borders along with UNIFIL troops.
