Higher Islamic Council's elections due on April 14

Mufti of the Republic Sheikh Mohammad Rashid Qabbani issued on Monday a decision to hold elections of Higher Islamic Council on the 14th of April.

In this context, those willing to run for the elections should submit their candidacy between March 6 and 21, while the names of the accepted candidates will be announced at least eight days before the elections.
