UNIFIL's Tenenti: UNIFIL is not in a position to hold anyone responsible for the Majdal Shams incident

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) spokesperson, Andrea Tenenti, said in a statement on Friday that "UNIFIL is not in a position to hold anyone responsible for the tragic incident in Majdal Shams."

"The village of Majdal Shams is outside the UNIFIL area of operations," he added.
