Sleiman stresses importance of self-dissociation policy

Lebanese President Michel Sleiman stressed on Saturday the importance of the self-dissociation policy in regards to the Syrian crisis and refraining from sending armed men to Syria.

While meeting with the Lebanese community in the Ivory Coast, Sleiman said that the LAF is tasked with arresting every armed person who aims at participating whether along the opposition or the regime.

This as, Damascus asked the Lebanese authorities not to allow insurgents to use its borders to cross into Syria.
