Karadeniz Powership Fatmagül Sultan to generate 270MW
        
Well-informed sources told Al-Liwaa Newspaper on Thursday that the the Powership Fatmagül Sultan is expected to produce extra power as of the beginning of next week.       

In this regard, same sources reported that the preliminary phase has paid off, noting that the Lebanese people should have noticed improvement in power supplies, adding that with the arrival of the second Powership, as of next June, the situation will improve since both Powerships will generate 270MW of electricity.       

The Karadeniz Powership Fatmagül Sultan, a powership part of Turkey based Karadeniz Holding's fleet docked on Monday 18th of February at the Beirut port quay 5.          

The ship was accompanied by two other ships: the Waleska and Izmir Paul, and this in order to carry out docking procedures and obtain the visas for the crew on board.
