US envoy Amos Hochstein arrives in Beirut for ceasefire negotiations

Amos Hochstein, the U.S. envoy mediating ceasefire talks, arrived in Beirut on Tuesday as part of efforts to finalize an agreement between Lebanon and Israel.

The National News Agency reported that Hochstein's luggage was thoroughly inspected in accordance with standard airport procedures.
