Syrian national released after ransom paid

Syrian national Said Hamawi was released on Wednesday after a ransom of USD $80 thousand was paid to the kidnappers.

Hamawi, who was kidnapped on Monday morning in Adonis, was left in the Faraya region where he headed to a local police station to give his statement.
