Sources informed LBCI that a phone call took place between President Joseph Aoun and Prime Minister-designate Nawaf Salam, where the ongoing governmental file was discussed in a positive and encouraging atmosphere. 

The discussion served to counter the rumors circulating recently regarding the formation of the government. Despite this optimistic outlook, sources indicate Salam will not visit the Baabda Palace on Monday.
