Man fires nine shots at citizen in Barja, flees scene

Early Sunday morning, a man fired nine bullets at a citizen in the outskirts of the town of Barja.

The shooter fled the scene, while security forces arrived and launched an investigation into the circumstances of the crime, as efforts to track down the perpetrator continue.
