Future Bloc: Hezbollah implementing orders of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard

MP Ziad el-Kadiri asserted on Tuesday after the Future bloc's weekly meeting that Hezbollah fighting in Syria is "a crime against humanity", noting that the party is implementing the orders of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

MP el-Kadiri questioned Hezbollah about the reason behind "putting the Lebanese people in direct confrontation against the Arab World and the Syrian people."

The Future bloc urged President Michel Sleiman, Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati and Speaker Nabih Berri to be firm while dealing with Hezbollah's fighting in Syria.

The bloc also called on the civil bodies and the Lebanese youth to claim the return of Hezbollah's fighters alive from Syria.

On the elections, MP el-Kadiri reiterated the necessity of holding the parliamentary elections "as soon as possible", especially to restore trust in the country's main institutions.

As well, he asserted that the Future bloc is still backing the hybrid draft law submitted by the Lebanese Forces and the Progressive Socialist party.
