Arrest warrant against former Pakistani president over killing of separatist leader

A Pakistani tribunal issued on Friday an arrest warrant against former Pakistani president Perez Musharraf and his former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz in light of the probe into the murder of a separatist leader in the east of the country.        

Musharraf and Aziz were in power when the most prominent leader of the separatist movement in Pakistan’s Balochistan province, tribal chief Nawab Akbar Bugti, was killed in a cave, in a military campaign carried out in August 2006.
