United Nations: 'No safe place in Gaza'

The Humanitarian Coordinator for the Occupied Palestinian Territory warned on Thursday that “there is no safe place in Gaza” due to the central Israeli airstrikes on the region since the Hamas attack on October 7th. 

Lynn Hastings affirmed in a statement that the “pre-warnings” issued by the Israeli army to residents for evacuating areas to be targeted in the northern Gaza “make no difference,” adding that “there is no safe place in Gaza.”
