Aid enters Gaza through Kerem Shalom crossing for first time since the war’s outbreak

A spokesperson from the office of the Israeli Prime Minister said on Sunday that the Kerem Shalom crossing between Israel and the Gaza Strip has been opened for aid trucks for the first time since the outbreak of the war.

The crossing had been closed to aid trucks since October 7 when Hamas fighters launched an attack on southern Israel.

Israel agreed last week to reopen the crossing for aid trucks.
