Netanyahu rules out Gaza ceasefire before 'elimination' of Hamas

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ruled out any ceasefire in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday before the Israeli state achieves "all the objectives" it has set, with the primary goal being the "elimination" of Hamas.

Netanyahu stated in a release, "We will not cease the fighting until we achieve all the objectives we have set for ourselves: eliminating Hamas, releasing the hostages it holds, and putting an end to the threat coming from Gaza."
